Dr. Qudsia Rashid is currently serving as the Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at Government Degree College Pulwama, a position she has held since January 2021. She has a strong academic and research background with over 12 research publications in reputed international journals such as Plos One, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Biomolecular Structure & Dynamics. Her research interest lies in exploring the molecular and biochemical basis of thrombosis and development of innovative therapeutics, with the ultimate goal of improving thromboprophylaxis.
Dr. Rashid has actively contributed to academic development through curriculum design, student mentoring, and community-oriented outreach programs. As a committed educator and researcher, she continues to foster academic excellence and innovation within the department.
