About

The Department of Commerce was established in Government Degree College, Pulwama in the year 2009 with an aim to popularize the commerce education. The Department has introduced the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme in Commerce in Accounting & Taxation under the National Education Policy 2020. This program is focusing on a multidisciplinary approach and holistic development of a student. The Department blends teaching with Information Communication Technology (ICT) to make teaching-learning process more effective. The Department is dedicated to the study and practice of trade, finance and business.
